What is the Blue Line Club?
Marshfield Tiger Hockey Blue Line Club was formed in 2001 and is an essential part of Tiger hockey. It is non-profit organization which is dedicated to supporting and promoting a successful Marshfield Tiger hockey program for both boys and girls. Members can be proud of helping continue the legacy of boys and girls Tiger Hockey.
Marshfield Tiger Hockey Blue Line Club’s biggest fundraiser is the Hockey Unlimited event held in November. Attendees enjoy a live band, and a live and silent auction all while indulging in free food and free beer/soda.
With the financial assistance offered through Blue Line, Tiger fees are kept at a minimum and parents do not get charged for additional expenses. MYHA is able to reap the benefits of this funding, also, through upgrades and additions to the rink. With budget restrictions, the school districts associated with Tiger hockey are unable to monetarily support all the components associated with hockey. Fortunately, Blue Line is there to help!
With these funds, Blue Line has been able to purchase
- Hockey apparel such as game jerseys, practice jerseys, warm up suits, game socks
- Hockey bags, goalie equipment
- Digital video equipment and t.v.’s for girls and boys locker room instruction
- Laptop computer for girls program
- Game programs, pocket schedules, team photos, team posters, kid’s night
- Bus upgrades to coach busses for long distance trips
- Post-game food for long distance trips
- Tournament fees, hotels and food for out of town tournaments
- Summer ice for practice and camps
- Tiger locker rooms updates
- Heaters for bleachers
- $20,000 to new locker rooms and showers addition
- Offer $3,000 yearly in scholarships to Tiger graduates

Marshfield Hockey Scholarship Opportunities
The Blue Line Club offers yearly scholarship opportunities for players who are currently high school seniors or graduates of Marshfield High School (or affiliated co-op high school) that have participated in the Tiger Hockey Program (or co-op) for at least one season.
For the 2023-2024 season, the Blue Line Club and the Marshfield Youth Hockey Association are offering the following scholarship opportunities:

Andrew Thiel Memorial Scholarship
$1-1000 scholarship, presented by the Marshfield Tiger Hockey Blue Line Club, is available to one of this year’s Marshfield Hockey Seniors who demonstrates perseverance, encouragement to all and a true love for hockey.
Marshfield Youth Hockey Association Scholarship
$1-500 scholarship, presented by the Marshfield Youth Hockey Association, is available to a high school senior who plays hockey and was involved in MYHA as a youth.
Joe Trudeau Memorial Scholarship
$1-1000 scholarship, presented by the Blue Line Club and MYHA combined, is available to a high school hockey senior who demonstrates true dedication to their team, a positive attitude, and is a role model for giving to others.
Andrew Peters Memorial Scholarship
Andrew Peters Memorial Scholarship is available to a high school senior who played youth hockey and has impacted their community through volunteering for a cause which is important to them.
