USA/WAHA hockey fees are non-refundable by MYHA. MYHA Registration fees are refundable as follows 100% refunded before 9/17 75% refunded before 10/15 50% refunded before 12/1 0% refunded on or after 12/1

MYHA 2023-2024 Tournaments

Tournament Cancellation Policy: Policy: It is the policy of Marshfield Youth Hockey Association (MYHA) to maintain a fair and enjoyable tournament to all participants. However tournaments have fixed expenses as such when a team is unable to attend for any reason, MYHA must be able to maintain a high standard of play. Procedure: 1. All team tournament entries will be taken only when registration is paid in full until the brackets are assigned. Confirmation of entry into the tournament will be provided on request. 2. Any teams wishing to participate after the brackets are full will be placed on a standby list. Should any teams be unable to participate for any reason the first team on the standby list will be moved onto the bracket, then the second, and so on. 3. Once tournament brackets are assigned, there will be no refunds unless a paid replacement is found either from the standby list or other registration. 4. Should MYHA need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be provided to all registered teams.
